Our test center in Europe, the MJÄLLBY test center consists of dedicated computer connected wind tunnels for the measurement of heat rejection, internal & external fluid pressure drop using component and engine cooling module heat transfer testing.

Vibration Test Facilities

Simulation of years of usage can be facilitated in a matter of hours on a test bench by the TitanX engineering team after the collection of test track data. We provide 2 types of vibration tables wherein pressurization & thermal cycle load can be added to vibration testing for better simulation of field conditions:

  • 2- 6 DOF MTS MUlit Axial Simulation Table (MAST)

Material/Metallurgical Laboratory

The Division has a well-equipped material and metallurgical laboratory that provides internal and external customer support with the support of equipment like Scanning Electron Microscope, Energy Dispersive Spectrometer, Metal microscope and equipment for mechanical tests and equipment for plastification, grinding and polishing.

Climatic Wind Tunnel

Our climatic wind tunnel facility in Europe is located in MJÄLLBY which is used for the development of engine cooling & climate control systems for heavy truck manufacturers.
TitanX engineers use this high-quality facility under controlled conditions to optimize product performance under a wide range of operating conditions. These climate-controlled wind tunnels can also be used for the climatic testing of other vehicular systems such as fuel, brakes and other non-vehicle applications. We work with a highly skilled team of engineers experienced in working with customers for the development of standard as well as customized testing programs.

Prototype Shop

We specifically focus on the development of prototypes for internal as well as external customers. Our engineers have the capability of building them from single components as well as from a complete module.
