TitanX Production System TitanX Production System

Our manufacturing facilities are designed and operated with a strong and continuous application of lean manufacturing principles to hunt down and eliminate the waste, or “MUDA,” in our value chain. These principles, which we call the TitanX production system or “TiPS,” are fundamental in the achievement of operational excellence of our facilities.

Our heat exchanger production sites have a high level of vertical integration including the manufacture of key critical components like tubing and heat exchange surfaces to ensure the highest quality results. Following core assembly, these components are brazed in our CAB (Controlled Atmosphere Brazing) or vacuum-brazing ovens. After brazing and final assembly, all heat exchangers are 100% leak tested before shipment to our customer to ensure full customer satisfaction.

We have recognized the need to be a flexible supplier. Our production operations, under careful supervision, are continuously adjusted to meet variations in customer demand. This is achieved through the use of KANBAN, production leveling, and continuously updated 13-month capacity planning. TitanX uses all available market and customer data to pull product through our facilities and ensure our customers receive the right product at the right time – every time.
