We keep this commitment through our total quality process which follows our product’s entire life cycle, from the design phase all the way to the end user. Total quality for us is to meet our customers’ expectations and we achieve this by launching new products on time, with zero defects and by delivering high quality products with an excellent service rate.

TitanX complies with international standards and is certified for ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, and also actively works with the continual improvement of its internal processes according to TISIX, TitanX Integrated System for Improvements.

At TitanX we maintain our commitment to the environment and the communities where we operate. We do this through an environmental culture that is present in all our divisions and which works on the continuous improvement of the environmental performance of our products and our production processes.

Developing new technology
The Jamestown Test Center has developed a new vibration table with 7 degrees of freedom (DOF). The table is three translations and three rotational DOF’s with a chassis twist.

TitanX partnered with Autocar and supplied a full module for the building of a Charity Truck, which will be auctioned off at the  Environmental Research and Education Foundation (EREF) Auction.

Organizational announcement

With effect from March 1st, 2012, Bruno Jouannet, Vice President Supply Chain Management has been appointed Vice President Jamestown Operations, with full responsibility for project and product deliveries to our customers in North America securing world class operational excellence. In this new position, Bruno will be fully responsible of the operations in Jamestown, reporting to Matt Moore.
