Charge air coolers
Known for their supreme durability, heat rejection, and pressure drop balance. Our charge air coolers have:
• Low-profile welded oval tubes for optimized durability and performance
• Low-amplitude rolled offset or louvered turbulators (inside tubes)
• High-amplitude, louvered, or non-louvered fins (between tubes)
Resulting in a minimal external restriction and optimal system performance.
We have launched a new standard for charge air cooling applications with CAC+

product line, which features a landmark improvement in durability coupled with a significant reduction in weight.
Condensers
We have a range of air conditioning condenser products with core depths ranging from
16mm to 22mm, all of which provide superior performance and flexibility.
We work in partnership with our integrated supply base, to provide additional key components of AC systems including plumbing and receiver/dryers.
Engine and transmission oil coolers
Thanks to our exclusive patent protected design, TitanX engine and transmission oil
coolers are the industry’s benchmark in heat rejection. Their robust stainless steel construction enables vehicle lifetime durability for even the most demanding applications while a simplified assembly feature, found on the standard design, makes them optimal for easy integration into the cylinder block, filter housing or transmission housing. Our new generation of oil coolers has heat rejection adapted for engines at Euro 6 demands.
Retarder oil coolers
TitanX retarder oil coolers are made using a design that enables direct integration onto the retarder without the need for external oil hoses or supports. Design features enable these heat-exchangers to maintain durability under the repetitive and high loads of even the heaviest of truck braking situations.
