Project Quality Engineer/Customer Support
This is a combined position within our Quality department with varied tasks.
Responsibilities: You will work close to our project teams with the quality definition of new products and processes and contributes in the validation work. You will work with analysis jobs and work with quality tools as FMEA:s, controlplans and follow the phases in our projects.
Within customer support you are Titanx representative towards our customers in quality related issues and the costumer’s voice within the company. You handle the communication regarding customer complaints and make sure that right corrective action is identified and implemented.
Education/Experience: You have an engineering education at university or engineering school and 2-5 years experience from quality work preferable in the automotive industry. You have worked with quality tools like FMEA and Control plans and you have good knowledge in ISO9000 & ISO/TS 16 949.
Very good skills in Swedish and English both verbal and writing is demanded. German or French is a merit.
You have good communication skills, experience of negotiations, good structure, experience of customer relations, have a problem solving mind-set. Knowledge about our products is a merit as well.

The Group Material Expert is part of the Advanced engineering team within the R&D organization on a group level. He/she difine a materials development plan, within the frame of the global TDP, to continuously improve available materials, knowledge, data , methods and standards pertaining to the metallic and non-metallic materials used within TitanX. He/she participate in or lead technical discussions between TitanX and our suppliers, customers, strategic partners and external laboratiories.
Required:
-5 years material science education at university or engineering school
- 10 years experience in material development
- Expertise of steels or aluminium. Knowledge in polymers is a plus
- Competences in project management, Research & Development, budget and qualitysystems
- Proven computer skills in MS Office.
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English

The position in on a group level therefore it can be located in Linköping or Mjällby
