Due to growth, TitanX has immediate openings for the following positions. Education and prior work experience requirements are outlined below. All positions require excellent computer skills. Certified TS 16949 auditors for any position a plus.

Logistics & Customer Service

This position communicates complete, precise, and reliable information to the customer contacts and Plant Operations. BS degree in Production Management or related field; 4-6 years of prior work experience in Logistics and/or Customer Service.


Senior Test Engineer – Vibration

This position manages the validation testing of products designed at the Jamestown facility. Designs, manages and runs vibration test equipment that may be built at the Jamestown site. Provides guidance to designers on structural and module suspension improvements. BS Degree in Engineering. This is a hands on R & D testing position.


Entry Level Applications Engineers

Great entry level opportunity for a university trained engineer. BS Degree in Engineering is required.


Applications Engineers

This position works with customer engineering to develop engine cooling requirements. Works with customers and suppliers to accomplish requirements. Must be able to use Catia V5 Cad or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; 2 – 4 years of prior design engineering work experience.


Manufacturing Supervisor – Off-Shift

This position is responsible for leading and managing daily activities, planning, organizing and directing all factory operation in the assigned plant area to meet the goals of the company. Successful candidate must be available to work any shift. Associates Degree required, Bachelors preferred. 5 years previous work experience in lean manufacturing management. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and interpersonal skills needed in supervising employees.


Scheduler/Planner

This position plans the production, inventories and capacity for the manufacturing facility. Bachelor’s Degree plus 4-6 years prior inventory/logistics experience is desired.

 

Process Engineer

This position will ensure that the manufacturing needs of the production floor are met in terms of plant facilities, equipment, tooling, labor costs and manufacturing processes. BS Degree in Engineering; 5+ years of related work experience in a lean manufacturing environment are required.


Entry-Level Process Engineer

Great entry-level opportunity for a university trained engineer. BS Degree in Engineering is required.

 

Purchasing Manager

This position will propose and execute the strategies (short and long term) for the different commodities as well as the coordination and recommendation to achieve the purchasing objectives of the division. This position will manage the team’s performance and training. BS Degree in Engineering or Business Management required, Master’s Degree preferred. Five (5) years of prior managerial experience for a Tier 1 supplier.


Process Quality Engineer

This position oversees the daily production quality, conformance to process control plans; coordinates continuing conformance testing and all gauge R & R studies. BS in Engineering or a related field. 2 – 5 years experience in Quality in a lean manufacturing environment.


Student Internships Engineering & Supply Chain – Part Time

Excellent opportunity for current Supply Chain and Engineering students to work during school breaks and other times as available.

The Jamestown Test Center has developed a new vibration table with 7 degrees of freedom (DOF). The table is three translations and three rotational DOF’s with a chassis twist.

Organizational announcement

With effect from March 1st, 2012, Bruno Jouannet, Vice President Supply Chain Management has been appointed Vice President Jamestown Operations, with full responsibility for project and product deliveries to our customers in North America securing world class operational excellence. In this new position, Bruno will be fully responsible of the operations in Jamestown, reporting to Matt Moore.
